Poppies

I adapted this egg from a design by Luba Perchyshyn published in UGS Design Book Five.

The blue in this egg (light and dark) is untraditional -- but the poppies, of course, are not.

Symbols of note:

Flowers: beauty, wisdom, humility.  The poppy is specifically a Ukrainian favorite.

Stars/suns (Whole stars in the boxes in the border, half-stars in the edge of the border): Life, love of God.

Diamonds: knowledge
Royal blue: trust, truth, fidelity
