These are sheets I put together for a class I teach at the Pysanky USA Retreat. Clearly, symbols are a fluid and change with each tradition that uses them. I am constantly compiling information on the symbols used in pysanky and would welcome any anecdotes about folk, Christian, or diasporan meanings associated with them.
