This design is featured in the book The World in the Pysanky of Taras Horodetsky by Vira Manko. This year my mom and I tried our hand at goose eggs. They're a lot of fun but quite different from chicken eggs in the texture of the surface and their dying behavior. They also take three times as long to make!
