Loosely based on Egg Number 12, UGS Design Book #5. Easter's over but it looks like I may do some more eggs for a while...
Easter Paska - Happy Easter!
This is a terribly late post, but I thought it would be nice to include a picture of the Paska bread I made with my mom and my aunt this Easter. This is a traditional yeast bread we make every Easter -- it's served at Easter breakfast with boiled eggs, baked ham, kielbasa, and beet-horseradish.
