This is an adaptation of a Hutsul design featured in Elyjiw's Sixty Score of Easter Eggs.

Sun (life force or God's love)

The border has many meanders: a wave meander (wealth and baptism), a vine meander with berries (life, a bountiful harvest or rewards for good deeds), and a saw (fire, life-giving heat). 

Plant Motif (spring, renewal and creation)

Four Seasons Deer (II)

 

This is a reworking and re-coloration of Egg No. 13 from Ukrainian Easter Egg Design Book 2 which I posted in its original form (and another more ornate form) as "Four Seasons" in December 2012. 

Morning Swallows (Goose Egg)

This is my own design using a variant of the saddlebags division. The coloration is non-traditional. See also an earlier and simpler version of this design concept with Acid-Etched Swallows.

This pysanka is a near-replica of one that appears in Ukrainian Easter Eggs: How We Make Them. 

Autumn Sun

This pysanky is very loosely based on one by Taras Horodetsky and the parts that are mine (the medallions with the star or deer) are greatly influenced by his style.
