It is said that as long as pysanky (Ukrainian Easter eggs) are being made somewhere in the world, the balance between good and evil is maintained. This blog is a record of my own contributions to saving the world from evil.
This egg actually went through a few drafts. It was difficult to get the final green color until I experimented with cleaning the orange-red dye off with Fantastik. The background color on the first draft is actually a sort of murky greenish-grey.
